I have not asked for my money back yet though I did request for Garth Snow to be reinstated as GM and Jack Capuano as coach.

A lot of the returns and trades are unrealistic but yes something along these lines should be done imo. Wish they did this instead of trading for Horvat…

I like how they completely ignore that Nelson/Pageau/Palmieri have 16-team no trade lists and Lee has a full NTC until this summer

Question then becomes, is Lou the guy to rebuild this team at his age? It appears the game/players have passed him by. The younger generation are shall we say “softer” and they prob don’t like his rules. Just my opinion of course.

If they’re gonna trade Nelson, I’d rather it be for a blue chip prospect and a pick, rather than someone’s late first rounder

I hate these contracts with a passion. I'm sorry if the players do not want to move around that much. The teams suffer not being able to make moves and stay locked in with these rosters. The players chose this life and not a 9-5 job.

Serious question. Why would Lou want this job still at 81? I can see being a President, but to be the day to day GM?

Butch always says get a goal early in the 3rd and go up 2 or 3 to take the wind out if the opponent. Unfortunately the whole NHL knows what has been going on. They don't panic when the Islanders get a lead or give up cuz they know it's not over.

Yep like I said most of the stuff is unrealistic but I agree with the concept. BUT you’d have to think most of not all of those guys would want nothing to do with a rebuild save for maybe Nelson who very well may want to stay bcs he loves it here and spent his career here. The rest(and prob Nelson even) I’m sure would want a shot at a cup rather then getting booed most nights bfr their careers ended…
