Oh my Brad! Showing some Fire and it's about time. They desperately need there Tkachuk. There's talent here, just need the right glue and grit pieces to let them play and not worry about getting punched in the head 10 times as teammates are skating away. They need to pull there Tampa. Got the skill, now get the Grit and a Hammer cause you do not have it in the system.

Wow… I know my team is bad, but they are relatively young and we do lead the league in penalties and we do fight quite a bit…

Maybe I don’t have it as bad as I thought…

Feel for you guys, really do great fan base. deserve much better….-

adams is the gm who was throwing out 1 year deals at reinhart, ullmark and montour

and was throwing multi year deals at girgens, olofsson, and bryson

he went after free agents like comrie, clifton, bush and johnson to fix holes

he traded for players like stillman, robinson and greenway

he locked up samuelsson, cozens and power on long term deals when they were unproven and could have been on bridge deals

the only thing that handcuffed him was skinners deal and he has led the team in goals so not really the issue

it's been adams team for years and they are no better off now with the plethora of lottery picks under his wing than the team was 2 years ago

the average nhl gm time is roughly 3 1/2 years and he has surpassed that.

it's really no better than before other than a few more years of wait til next year

this was suppose to be next year and instead it was last year, again

Why is it that the league wants wide open play for 82 games, but glorifies and promotes physicality in the playoffs?

The league largely does promote physicality during the regular season. They just allow more infractions in the postseason and players play more physical during the playoffs for the obvious reasons.

I agree with 98% of this post.

I personally think Greenway has been a pretty good Sabre. Aside from that, he deserves all the criticism

Loved reading this. Had to check it out as a Flyers fan and I couldn’t help but chuckle. To quote Bill Clinton, “I feel your pain.” We Flyers fans sounded exactly like this during the Chuck Fletcher years and even this entire summer and throughout the beginning of the Fall this year. Keep the faith. Sabres fans are among some of the best and deserve better than your front office keeps serving up. While the Flyers often get throttled for hiring old Flyers, the addition Briere, Jones, LeClaire, Sharp, May very well have helped create an atmosphere of hard honest work. Your team needs to bring in leaders like Peca, Ray, and Biron to establish the culture. The league is better when the Sabres are relevant.

Will Borgen has become a regular, key member of the Krakens defense signed for a salary of 2.7 million. He brings more to the table than most of our defensemen at a fraction of the cost. He was deemed expendable by our astute front office. Just another blunder to add to the list of F-ups.

Our PP and when the defense shoots the guys are nowhere near the net.

Been like that for 2 years.

If it was last year I'd be okay with it but they are not even close to being that good this year, huge step back and the management is clueless.. the coach has waited for months to even address the "PP", talk about a complete joke.

Hopefully nobody at 1 Bills Drive thinks they’re cooked. Can’t let them hang around or keep it close. Win and we’ve got the number two spot. Lose and golf season could start early…
