Byram is a bit overrated and Mittlestadt is underrated. This is an interesting trade because Byram is decent but he's taken a big step back this year - and Mittlestadt sort of finally found his game last year and this year he's hitting about the same pace. I think it works for both teams - although I think Buffalo could have used Mittlestadt more than they needed Byram.
