I've heard on the radio from a spokesperson this morning that their marketing budget was working with 10% of what it was originally supposed to be, pretty hard to keep a team afloat under those conditions.

Joke apart…. Put yourself in his skates and ask yourself why the (frank) would you sign with a team that will have you play in the AHL when you can read every morning that you are the best thing that existed since sliced bread…

If he does not sign with Montreal at the end of the season, he will play his last year in University and will sign with a team that will offer him a spot in the NHL…

Hutson will sign this year, will burn a year of his entry contract by playing couple of games, will start in Habs line up next season and if he ends up in Laval, it is because he will fail next season first 20 games…. Same story than when Caufield was sent down…

If Habs promise him a spot and they (frank) him by having him starting in Laval next season, they will burn themselves with all their future NCAA draftees…

daccord avec toi Pat. Caufield a fait l'équipe parcequ'il le méritait. Farrell est à Laval parcequ'il n'est pas assez fort pour la NHL. 2 joueurs NCAA, 2 trajets différents qui ont brûlé une année de contrat en fin de saison à leur arrivée.
où se situera Hutson?
impossible à dire pour le moment. oui il signera dans quelques semaines, oui il brûlera une année en jouant 1 match ou 2 cette saison, mais l'automne prochain... personne ne sait où il jouera. ca dépendera de lui, comment il peut ajuster son jeu, si il est prêt, ou pas.
