Torts cares about today. The Flyers future is not his concern and he has always acted accordingly. Has he ever shown he cares about or has any sort of long term vision?

It's a simple world he lives in and it has worked for him. His various employers in the last decade, not so much (if the goal is to lift the stanley cup or go deep in the playoffs or even build for the long term).

I wonder if Fedotov will wear girouxs number 28. That’s what he wore for cska.

It seems that the team is 'fragile'.
Nobody can get volumes of shots, but they score anyway.
At this point, scoring is our woe. (Along with undisciplined entries.)
The coach has a lot on his plate, some of which because he couldn't stop shoveling crap onto it.
Which was not unexpected.
Torts is not a frustration limiter.
That's on him.
As has been noted, he is what he was. I'm waiting for his epiphany and potential growth.
That is a minor hope, but this 'battle' plan is not showing promise right now.

Yeah. I’m surprised he got any games at all. I wish he had stayed in the lineup so that torts had another whipping boy other than coots.

Maybe a stupid question, but I hope you (or someone familiar with CBA) might clarify it.
If Fedotov starts training with Flyers this season- will he burn his 1 year contract and will become a UFA by the end of the 23-24?

#28 is basically out of rotation I'd think.
