Well KD is the antithesis of Jim Nill if you think KD should follow his path. Nill has in his 11 years not made a trade that I can find to make his team worse on the ice. BTW he fleeced the Hawks to get Ottenger.

Nill was able to build a new core without selling off the old core and trying to purposely be terrible for multiple years.

He's done some decent trades, some were so-so, but yeah he has been more of a seller than a buyer, but it hasn't gotten them over the hump.

I was commenting on Zack saying he wished KD would follow what Nill did. My point was KD did the antithesis of what Nill did. Never said one way was better than the other.

Kaiser's patience, and the way he passed the puck to the middle of the ice even though he had an easy pass on the wing to Donato (I think) was really nice.
Looked like a savy veteran play,and against a team like Dallas too.
