Technically a murderer can get away with it due various legal loopholes.

Everyone knows the person is guilty but they get away with it.

Technically innocent but obviously wrong. As wrong as wrong gets.

Now I am using a strong example for good reason. How many teams aggressively using this CBA loophole have won the Stanley Cup? It's been abundantly clear this cap circumvention is a massive unfair advantage. It should be stopped it obviously wrong and the teams doing it should be ashamed.

There should absolutely be an asterisk on the cup besides all those names involved. Or just plain out remove them.

This is the equivalent of letting Trans women compete competitively in any woman's sport. Imo. A huge advantage over natural born woman in sports.

That would actualy be the truly compassionate thing to do. Just pretending and going along with it exacerbates the problem.

I got a three month ban over the summer for asking when Straight Pride Night was. And then the NHL ended it lol. Guess I deserved it for the accurate prediction.

Unfortunately is a true story if you aren't one of the 'island buddies' or slurp the narrative then bans are handed out. Makita has apparently resigned so will be interested to see if a 'buddy' is the new ref lol

Doesn't matter McDavid or not. We swept the season series. To be honest, they looked better against us last night without him than they did the previous games with him.
