David Jiricek trade watch is here, and while the 21 year old right hand shooting defenseman has not formally requested a trade out of the Columbus Blue Jackets organization, reports last night indicated a move is imminent for the youngster and for a new home around the National. Indications are that the Edmonton Oilers and Nashville Predators are the leading candidates, but could be plenty more.
The team wants a young player of equal value/comparison to come back to the Blue Jackets.
