From a basic play standpoint, they aren't any better than they were before. They were getting very unlucky to start the season. Their goaltending is good and was never going to be at a .800 save percentage. I think each of their wins during this streak has been by 1 goal except for the ones where they added an ENG. Their current point pace is, more or less, where they should be. The 9 game win streak is lucky though. Just as the start to the season was unlucky.

Basically, Couturier will only have an immense positive effect on the team even if the record doesn't indicate it. You can only go so long matching Bellemare and Vandevelde against top lines before it burns you.

there really isn't anything we can do to save him and i wouldn't even want to.

he has been given his final warning about being terrible at this job and there are even rumors that if things don't change in 30 days it's all over for him.

since his meeting absolutely nothing has changed. he is still afraid of customers, lazy, and most of all morbidly obese. so i think his mind is made up that he is going to let it all happen and then he will either collect unemployment or try to sue.

all of this said, i would have him as a co-worker at every job i have for the rest of my life if andy would die a painful death tonight.

yes.



but when a customer walks in he grabs his cell phone and goes for a 20 minute poop.

he does this literally 5-10 times per day.

everyone knows what he's doing and unless he's a complete fat (frank)ing idiot he knows that everybody knows. he just doesn't care.

he once said to me "i'm just wasting time hiding back here because an oriental just walked in." AN ORIENTAL!

he also picks up the phone at least twice a day and starts yelling "HELLO! HELLO! ..." and then acts frustrated and hangs up the phone. we've all been close enough that we could hear the person on the other end of the phone but he claims there was a bad connection and he couldn't hear anybody.
