Asp doesn't come around much anymore aside of 1 or 2 appearances during games. Dropped a violent random rant on Howard 2 weeks ago about Howard being a racist Trump fan something something at the end of some thread. Now all their communications are along these :

it is at the very top of one of those wood ikea shelf deals.

it's too big for the shelves so it had to go on the very top. it looks great from my bed but when i sit at my computer it's pretty much right on top of me yeah.

i didn't know quebec was so archaic until this past november. .

I just think that Quebec is like any other part of the world with little evident cultural differences. We're having the same debates here than in the USA. A lot of canadian politicians are jerking off to the Trump elections believing they can do the same thing here.

It happens out here too. There's about 30% of the population who hates anyone who speaks a different language (including French) or has a different skin colour.

Then you have areas like where I grew up that are primarily French speaking but are also racist as hell.

Saskatchewan has changed from a culture of "Must be nice to have nice things, but we shouldn't try to try to get them" to a semi-regressive "Us against the world"

Thanks for the advice. I've been doing a lot of denying in the last months but I'm worried. And I'm naively super surprised to see so many people coming out of the racist/misogyne closet lately.

I honestly don't even know how to combat it. These people are so far off the deep end. Things that can be obviously disproven are just referred to as fake news.

Part of me hopes Trump crashes the economy just so this nightmare ends quickly
