repeater guy just spent i'd say at least 25 minutes going back and forth from the printer to his desk over and over again. he would literally stand and look at it for a minute or two and then go back to his desk and then return and stare at it again. pull all the guts out, replace them, and stand and stare at it some more. there were many exaggerated sighs and other woe is me type noises.

i just didn't ask. partly because if there's a problem with the printer call IT for help and partly because i know you want me to ask what you're doing so i'm not going to ask.

the printer is 3 feet from my desk so i made sure to sit and act as disinterested as i actually am for maximum frustration.

finally he's like "i don't know what's wrong with this thing, i can't get it to reprint, it was working fine this morning", to which i replied "oh, there's something wrong with the printer?"

printer currently pulled out from wall, same cartridges pulled out and stared at again.

back and forth to desk twice more so far.

started to talk to me about it and i acted like it was one of those situations where someone is just talking to themselves and doesn't expect a response even though he was standing right next to me and clearly talking to me.
