they had to write him up like 5 times in the 2 years he "worked" here. multiple sit downs where bigwigs had to travel to our location to have meetings with him.

guy would run (figurative) when customers walked in. he went to the bathroom 7-10 times per day and just sat in the stall on his phone for 15 minutes each time. his numbers were terrible.

to answer your questions:

-my boss just walked up and told me "just so you know i just let lee go"
-i didn't see him afterward.
-repeater guy did see him and lee said "it's been nice working with you, they just let me go"
-jizz is on vacation and will be crushed that she wasn't here for this, as she is the queen of gossip.

it is freeing. no more dealing with his mistakes and laziness.

although i literally just 2 days ago taught him how to bill his own software orders. what a waste of 5 minutes that turned out to be!
