Pressure is mounting on MT. Up till the road trip they weren't playing badly and the effort looked there but they've rolled over all 4 games on the road.

pressure is not mounting on therrien. he's the only French slut available.

Tell us which great anglophone coach god would turn around this team that is, according to great god hockey fan rob121 describes as a horrible team.

Same team they dominated 3 weeks ago though. Can't pretend that something drastic hasn't happened these last 3 weeks.
- DoubleDown

They're cheating. D cheats on the break outs and O cheat on the forecheck. D are backing for centre ice before the Habs have even lost the puck behind the net on the cycle.

Just wanted to let him know that if you fail with puck through the defensman's legs and skate around him 3 times, it probably won't work times 4,5 and 6.

He seems really smart so I'm surprised he didn't figure that out on his own.

#HEADLINES: Zack Kassian may have some trade suitors when the roster freeze lifts. http://ow.ly/WlgkN

- BingoLady

I think some spare parts - Kassian, Tinordi, Sven, (Maybe even Patyrn) etc... might be packaged with Tokarski for a real goalie. Can't just keep putting Condon out there to be slaughtered and Tokarski is never the answer.

I wonder how many more loses it will take to get him fired... 'cause I might be OK with losing a few more in a row.
- Mashadar

I think they have to lose out on the road trip for it to come into consideration. Which I think they will. But I feel bad for MT. Not a single player has stepped up during this thing. It's really awful.

I think they're built around his ability to play the puck and read plays. Doesn't hurt that he can make the odd save either.

A GM shouldn't play that card while they're still 1st in the division.
- mr.peanut

So wait 'til they are out of a playoff spot?

At this rate, 5-6 more losses and they are there.

Subban tried tonight. So did Tinordi. Markov played Ovechkin well.

True. Even Markov's input to this team has completely vanished.

A GM gets that move once. If nothing changes then the heat is on him after.

If Bergevin thought that, he wouldn't have Therrien as the coach in the first place. that's not how a GM tries to build a team.

Goaltending wasn't an issue tonight but lack of size/compete was

I honestly though, at the start, that they might lose all 8 games. They always fail in Florida - the Panthers are hot right now and the Lightning always seem to play the Habs hard... and then that farce of an outdoor game against the Bruins.

Gonna be a long long week.

Shame that the Kassian experiment didn't even reach one shift in the regular season.

He's been pretty poor lately but looked decent against Ovechkin(may he rot in a chicken poop stained grave) tonight. Beaulieu and Petry were the ones taking the beating tonight.

Meh, him not being in the lineup at the start of the season did not impact success. So maybe it was a blessing more than a shame.

bergevin and therrien are joined at the hip. bergevin will trade the farm before he dumps therrien. such a bunch of losers. the French market is more important than a Stanley cup. fuk you Molson, serge savard, and this fuked up market. we are so limited here. most of you bumholes think boucher would actually be better. the canadiens are a fuking wasteland. the best coaches and g.m.'s are all elsewhere because the canadiens organization is a one dimensional francofag.

Bergevin had to know he was a project when he traded for him. Doesn't make sense to ship him out without giving him a shot.

that was a weak effort on colonel sanders. I also miss when they'd step up to the line instead of backing away.

must be a testament to either Bergevin's judgement or Kassians personality
