The uncomfortable truth about this is it the ultra nationalists are much worse than what they are now telling us. It's war time. Only the most naïve don't understand that our media and governments go into spin cycle during a massive conflict involving a major western foe. I haven't presented an argument provided by Russia regardless of Putin pretending it's near the top of their issues. I don't need to. The material provided by our mainstream, our organizations and experts, or parliaments etc are all on record about how bad it is.

Russia's main agenda is NATO putting bases(American bases) on their border. NATO trying to steal(with the coup) their base in Crimea that has been there for centuries. USA trying to stop projects like Nordstream II and hijack their market. America is the Imperialists force constantly over expanding. Ukraine's civilians are pawns. Ukrainian soldiers are proxies. Russia is a cornered animal. People are dying. It's truly tragic.

Can you show me where I said neo-nazis don't exist in Ukraine? I never denied that neo-Nazis exist in Ukraine. I said the opposite. They do exist. All I'm saying it's no where near as bad as what Booner's promoting. That's why most understand that this Ukrainian Nazi narrative is a Russian ploy to gain international favour and it's backfiring spectacularly. Russia will lose this war and it will probably be the end to Putin. That's a good thing for everyone, including Russians.

Ukraine has made great strides to rid itself of these types of influences. Working hard to be a legitimate democracy in a part of the world that freedom of political choice is a foreign concept. It's a lot of hard work but they are getting there. And I applaud them for it.

Maybe those things are true, maybe not. Here is a story I’ve heard from family living in proximity.

Ukrainian nationalist military are rounding up civilians in conflict areas and putting them in buildings which are in the path of incoming Russian troops. They are then barricading these people inside, and setting explosive charges around the building, or in some cases burning the building down, people and all.

This conflict is wrong on so many levels, but I don’t believe it’s as one sided as you do.

The existing government spawned from a western coup who sent the military in to squash the portion of the population in their own country who refused to recognize the coup and replacement government with following elections as legitimate... which is correct under the UN Charter. They were classified as terrorists and attacked with soldiers, tanks and planes before a war even broke out.

Fledging Democracy my ass... banning opposition groups on the Left. The current government is still a far right nationalist puppet government regardless of their leaders religious ancestry. Israel is arguably one of the hardest far right nationalist states in the world.

This is all the new narrative by the same American loyal media that reported on how their democracy was a farce just 2 or 3 years ago. No one needs to listen to Putin's rhetoric. Just look at what our media has said over and over since the coup. Even then, they are downplaying what people who live in fear of the ultra nationalists have to say about democracy there.

Just watched an incredibly inspiring movie on Netflix called ‘Last Men in Aleppo’ about an organization (White Helmets) consisting of ordinary citizens who are the first to rush towards military strikes and attacks during the Syrian Civil War in the hope of saving lives from the crumbled ruins of a city.

In these divisive times it’s well worth the watch but it’s pretty graphic and emotionally heartbreaking but it truly shows humanity at its best.

It’s nice to know that many of the White Helmet volunteers have resettled in Canada.

Another top notch documentary is Winter on Fire. Again, graphic and heartbreaking but it really puts in perspective a true struggle for freedom.
