She blamed it on Trump and Russian collusion and tried to prove it. If her phony Steele Dossier was legit, it would have been a case of him being a Russian asset. From there it leads to him being removed from office.

Their claim that the DNC servers were hacked fell apart as well. NIS found no external access and data transfer to back it up. FBI never found a hack because the DNC refused to turn over the servers. Instead they hired a firm called "Crowd Strike" to privately investigate the server. Iirc, they didnt even come to a clear conclusion on it. The original story from WikiLeaks claimed it was a leak from within, not a hack and they have been impeccable in their reports. So in the end, it came down to taking the DNC's word for it... and their intentions were clear once the Steele Dossier was investigated so... in the end, it's all bullpoop to try and tip the voters away from Trump or turn his win into something illegitimate.
