I hope Poilievre wins the majority. With him and Trump at the helm, North America will be great again.
- Oildrum

It will be a very good start to a reset on the right path for North America to be sure.

We need a super-majority for Poilievre or it's just another 5 years of circling the drain.

Bottom line is that for the first time in the history of North America we have witnessed the two worst administrations of all time in office at the same time in Trudeau and Biden and actually I'm not totally convinced the damage they have caused can be fixed or it will take decades. These two have literally set records in almost every negative category with their woke idiotic and spend first policies. Trump and Polievre may not be perfect and really what politician is...but these two are needed very bad in North America right now and a minority won't cut it to get policy changed. America spoke in droves with this last election they are sick of Libtard tactics that literally accomplish nothing and take the countries nowhere. Same should happen in Canada next year with Poilievre on his way to a super-majority unless that changes somehow. A minority won't cut it to get things done the Libs/NDP clowns that have destroyed Canada on the global scale need to be held accountable. Can only hope they are.

Agree that drastic change is needed. I do also suspect the Canadian people will send a clear message to the Liberals & NDP. I don't like Polievre, but you do have to consider the party. Freeland, Joly & Trudeau need to sent packing, that much we all know. That said I wish that I was the proud Canadian I once was.

I can certainly understand your frustration, I really miss the old conservatives, they were far more statesman like, Joe Clark, Mulroney, Stanfield was before my time as I was a kid but remember my father as a staunch supporter. This group with Harper, Scheer, O’Toole (although he was far better than past/present leaders) and especially mini Trump idiot Poilievre I really can’t endorse. They are not conservatives, full stop, they are reformers and that merger should never have happened. Biggest blunder in Mulroney’s tenure as leader of the Progressive Conservative Party.

I really wish this party was further along, https://thecanadianfutureparty.ca/, but I guess my vote will go green again as a protest to Liberal, Reform and NDP, maybe enough protest votes keep mini Trump to a minority.

The Conservatives will probably win. Agree with a minority, to keep them honest. One thing we all know is the Liberals have to go.

This. 100 percent. Many are absolutely embarrassed to be CDN under the Trudeau regime. Like I said folks may not like Trump and Poilievre for that matter but the shift is needed. The drastic changes to Housing, Health Care, Immigration, Inflation, etc can't happen under minority rule. Plus one has to remember Trump WANTS Trudeau to stay in power in Canada so he can walk all over him on tariffs and border crap, trade etc. Poilievre has already stated that Canada will need to be tough with Trump on many issues and we need a PM that will stand vs Trump and not be bullied by his policies that affect Canada. Either way the massive changes in federal policy in the States and Canada is coming and is sorely needed.

Fair point and really it applies to old Liberal polices as well. I miss the fact that Liberals used to actually stand against War, over spending, Tyrannical Communist polices etc. But now it's completely opposite for some reason. The dynamic shift can't continue like this. My only concern about Poilievre right now is his possible connections to the WEF. But that's another matter altogether lol.

Solid response from Claudia

Trudeau is too scared to tell the truth.

Mexico’s president responded, saying that “neither threats nor tariffs” will solve immigration or drug issues in the US.

Maybe OilDrum has an intelligent response?

My Cannabis thread was removed even though it's legal in BC/Canada. I was going to add to it even though it has very little interest. Makita would have tipped me off if he did I think.

Someone brought up making gummies in the main thread. I forget who. I made my first batch. Rubbery but taste ok. I made 2 cups of infused coconut oil out of an ounce and a half(I have med license to posses much much more cannabis).

I ordered a mold kit... makes ring shaped gummies but they are pretty small. Wish they were 3 times bigger. Getting a decent buzz off 2... 3 should be good for my sleep meds.

Anyone make them? Let me in on your recipe/technique if you feel you are getting good quality out of it.

Where was this blog? I just went to Canucks Forums and there isn’t any indication that there was a thread there? If there was a thread I would be able to see if it was deleted or locked.

It was in the Canuck's topic. Perhaps I'm wrong... a couple in here responded in it.

I'm sure Ek or whoever he has doing maintenance can do a full delete. I had an outdoor forum that was piggy backing on someone else's forum software and server. I was the admin of my site but it was the owner who cleaned up the site tools after some pos klan guy was spamming us.

It is possible that Ek can (or if he delegated someone else) fully delete any topic he wanted. Although after all the ridiculous threads and topics not even addressed or monitored is staggering.
Go back to Canucks forums and start another, be interesting to see if it gets admin interest.
