I would think those are next.
I dont have kids so not a concern for me to figure out what to do.
We have been given the go ahead to work from home until further notice.
what an ordeal to deal with, affects every single person. hopefully does not become a common thing. - senstroll
if Canadian gov't would be rational, they'd close schools , elderly homes (for visits) and non - essential medical visits from this weekend on for 3 weeks or so.
lessons learnt from China, Italy and a few other countries if you don't run drastic checks from the early getgo (i.e. like Singapore), better of sitting it out.
of course lots of countries and regions are/will be too late and it will cost lives and lots of taxpayer's money.. (much more than it could have). |

Government will have to kick in money for daycare. They’ve already been doing that with the teacher strike.
Parents won’t want to send kids to daycare either if it’s virtually the same thing.
If you don’t have an option to work from home things could get pretty crazy. |

They'll probably just cease the regular season, throw in a few play-in games to appease the bubble teams, and run something like a 3,5,5,7 tournament. Something along those lines would be my guess. - RickJames77
If it is 30 days, I think it should be based off of winning percentage, that kind of helps with the teams that have played fewer games..
We'll see, there are a number of ways this can go. |

It doesn't make sense to close schools for kids as of yet. It would just make things more complicated for parents, especially those in healthcare. It's actually much better for them to be in school right now. |

Truth
Winning percentage would work. This all assumes that this gets contained enough so that we can even have games in April, May, June or July.
Interesting times, to say the least and for a lack of a better term. |

like in Spain.
15 out of 17 'provinces' (equivalent) are closing the schools starting tomorrow/Monday.
the other two are still 'doubting'.
these kinds of decisions should be left to central state imo.
