Honestly, if it weren't for his wife being pregnant (probably wants to be around as much as possible from March-June) it would be a simple, March 3rd trade, then comes back when his playoffs are over and re-signs July 1st.

No. Arizona as an example will need to make the floor and will be looking for deals like Myers where they get 6m cap for 1m actual cash. We won't get anything for him and they will probably get something at the TDL. If we retain, we can probably get something good for him from another team.

I think if teams are kicking around after the 5 mil but not offering anything, they'll hold him until the TDL when they can get something for him. They'll need warm bodies on the right side, plus they're not going to be competing next year so no rush moving him out.

I get the hate for Benning but to me it is like cursing at your four tires that fell off after a mile earlier your engine dropped out the street. This team has been dying since 2013 or maybe sooner. Yeah blah blah SCF but you still have to remember when Gillis took over he wanted to ship out half the team and couldn't.

Each GM just makes it worse and worse.
