First win for Silvos, I guess Mini was wrong about playing prospects. And Rubey might be right about him.
- K-man25

At not point did I say he shouldn't play.

One idiot made up his own narrative and didn't really listen to what I actually said. (not Ruby either)

“There’s been a lot of talk about his situation,” Friedman said. “I don’t know where this is gonna go, and there’s a chance it might not go anywhere, but I do think teams have called the Canucks and just said, ‘if we wanted to do this, what would you think about here?’ So we’ll see where that goes.”

Friedman back to toying with the Canucks fan base again.

That’s my guess too. Though there seems to be a market for JTM at the moment.

10 games under Tocchet, PPG and even plus minus. I'd say for management to think about it, they would need a trade close to what they were going to get from the Rangers last season.

1st round pick, young roster play and B+ prospect.

Carolina, NJ, maybe Detroit if they feel like Larkin isn't going to sign.

Don’t you start that again. That shit went on for months. Basically started Lordy on his current persona.
The calls of favouritism was crazy. If true, then why the fuck do I get banned so much? Makita hit me just as hard or even harder than most. He always explained why, I didn’t agree, but I served my time and moved on. I think you should too.

I could go very deep with examples both in the open and in private of just how much bias he had here... and how he crossed the line. The very first time he showed up in my mail was to pat me on the back and tell me well done for tearing into someone on here. I thought I was getting a warning because I threw some heavy punches. Instead he applauds me and then proceeds to tell me a bunch of personal stuff he learned in private conversations about that person and go on about how much the clique hates the guy. "Good work" I was told. I knew it was a sign of things to come with our new ref and I was right.

You can say what you want about bans but when it came to his friends, they just logged on to an alt, picked up the sword where they left off moments before and he just let that roll. He even bragged about knowing who the alts were but still the BS continued page after page. The only time I saw him go after the alts was when it was who he and the clique were waring with.... not his friends. The double standards were endless...

Personal stuff? Alright fucker, spill the beans. You know how much I love personal stuff. No better way to find sympathy, understanding, and thoughtful guidance then on an anonymous hockey rumour site.

On second thought, just PM me. I’ll be waiting for you in there…

More than a few good posters have left the thread as the 'clique' or gang if you will singled out posters for not agreeing with their narratives. When you have a ref in your corner makes things much easier and the alts abound when the narratives shift. Politics, religion what have you were all good and fine for certain posters but counter-narrative ones were ostracized. Funny thing is the comments would roll out about certain posters 'policing' the threads when all the while they were just trying to control it all. But hey, we do live in a world where denial is abound even if it's staring folks right in the face. Bloated wants folks to 'move on' all the while being just as big a part of the problem. Irony I guess.

It's a conspiracy theory. They're quite common here.

You mean like three years ago when I predicted Petey would be a 100 point player?

Petey looked great as did Beauvillier. Maybe Beauvillier is for real like some have claimed...

He's on his way. After Hours last night you can tell he wants to be the leader but just might not be ready fully quite yet. Barring injuries from this point forward he should be in top 10 scoring for good.

Dalibor Dvorsky

Team: AIK

If the Canucks draft 5 or 6, I'd trade down a couple spots. Not sure there is a big difference between 5-12.

I didn't watch it but I got some of the highlights. What I did like hearing was Beauvilliers comments about him. Said he is a really humble guy. Quiet leader. Super Smart.

The line of Kuz Petey and Beau has looked very good.

I was reading Mini's comments about JTM. I think next year you will see a second line start to form. JTM has not had the best wingers to play with.

I am starting to get back on board with the forward group and would like to see a quick changeover with the D only keeping Hughes ( because I have to) and bring back Schenn for three years cheap.

I meant the sweet spot to move up at the draft lotto was spot 7. We will move to 1 or 2.

I was being a bit sarcastic in the first place but what is the actual point of him playing tonight? To see how he looks? Drive an hour down the road. Tire fire of a defence and team in Vancouver. What good is it to subject a 21 year old goalie to that?

Soft team. Schenn should have stepped up but maybe he doesn't want to hurt his hands before he's traded lol
