This is where I differ with a lot of you guys and it is all good and makes a fun discussion.

My thinking is the forward group is just fine (mostly).

This summer move Myers and buy out OEL and you have lets say fifteen mil if you dump the slugs like Dermott Stillman Bear. I would come back with Hughes and Schenn only. Pick up two FA that cost around three mil each and draft D like a motherfucker except for the top 10 pick.

Like Mini says no need to twiddle thumbs for a couple of years waiting for contracts to end.

Sharangovich is on the 2nd line in NJ. Boeser would upgrade that offensively/ possibility even defensively.

Buf, Edm, Tor, Van and NJ are the only teams in the league that have 4- 50 point players.
