I just don't get their angle for trying to sell tickets. They have a weak season ticket base as it is. I don't see how coming this far and then being indifferent when it counts is going to sell tickets? Like what's the slogan going to be?

Does Corkum have any children old enough that plays hockey so we can at least trade for him?

Interesting story. So my kid played at intermission on Tuesday against Columbus. It was a big deal for us since I assumed he got robbed of that opportunity with the covid years, so we bought nice section 118 tickets in row 13. One for myself, my wife and his brother. $330. He got comped a 300 level ticket so I assumed he'd get to move down with us. I checked the ticketmast map just hours before puck drop and NO ONE had bought seats near us. Rows and rows of unsold seats. Halfway through the first period all these people kept coming in. They all had physical, printed tickets(which i thought didn't exist. Turn out they gave massive amounts of tickets out to the United Way people. Many of them and the rest were a few fill ins from cheaper seats. So my kid didn't get to join us. Total crock. I got to be out $330 bucks and all these other a$$es just coast in for free.

Moral of the story is the Sabres org are clowns
