Other than getting dominated for 3 periods and winning in a SO last night. What makes you think this team is good? Or could be good and win enough games to make the playoffs? They didn't this season even though they were "awesome" last year at the end.

Didn't get to see the game, but your evaluation is not the same as other reviews , including a Kings beat writer, a good goalie is not something that should have to be defended, some nights the team scores 4-6 goals and take the pressure off the goalie, and vice verse .

Hopefully find a way to get rid of one of OEL, Myers Garland without giving up too much - wouldn’t mind attaching a Hoglander or Rathbone instead of picks in order to possibly open up some cap space

Getting rid of OEL is going to cost you that 1st I'd say easily. Only way

It's most likely the worst contract in the league.

Myers because it's down to the last year I don't think would be too hard. Someone going to get him for cheap and re-sell at TDL for more value most likely.

It certainly does not, not if done wrong in remotely, which it's much easier to screw a team up than to do it right. Doesn't change the fact that most nights this team is the worse team. Hronek will add to this team hopefully but they are still a ways away from being a consistent contender.
