I'm not sure. Rick D's tweets don't seem to show up a lot anymore, only ever see them when someone else retweets them. I follow a Canucks page on IG that is the younger version of Taj without the Taj hot takes.

He posts what he hears on many of the shows but he said that Rick D. said Livingstone wasn't coming to Van but Max Sasson there was still a chance.

I'm still more interested in Ryan Siedem and Austen Swankler.

Pick 6 at Gulfstream Park this weekend should be close to 6 mil. Mandatory payouts. Give it a look.

But I hear production is irrelevant if the team wins. OEL’s contract is just fine as long as the team keeps putting up W’s

Canucks central from yesterday. Skip to the 25 minute mark and can listen to Jeremy Colliton talk about what's happening in Abbotsford. Really good listen.

I don't see the hype, similar to when Daniel Brickley and Connor Mackay were the prized college free agent D other than he is a free player.

Remarkable how Bo just dropped off once the contract was signed.

Brennan or Young for the playoffs? Saw both, liked Brennan's game better. Tri Cities has horrible Goaltending.

I don't know if I will miss John Garret or not. I am definitely use to hearing from him and he is a bit of a homer for sure. I hope they do not bring in a radio or TV personality, I do hope it is a former player.

Sometimes change is good.

It's the same every year - the rare ones that work out = Zach Whitecloud
VS. the ones that are a dime a dozen = Zach Aston Reese
Basically, don't get too excited.

The main thing I'll miss is the chemistry with Shorty. Shorty is one of the best play by play guys around, so having someone who he gels well with makes Canucks games a good viewing experience.

Cole McWard.

https://www.eliteprospect...player/376492/cole-mcward

I've only seen 1 period but he has looked quite good. He isn't 24 either only 21. Playing top pairing with Mason Lohrei Bruins prospect.

McWard just scored, it was challenged and I don't know how it was allowed, NCAA rules must be different

Yeah, over agers who are undrafted seldom make a big impact. As you mentioned there are occasions. I still think McDonnaugh was our guy.

I wanted the team to tank and go after a high pick this year, but I really get the feeling they are not interested in long term development.

I do like Graves as a free agent (OEL replacement). Canucks can score and hopefully they have targeted the D to fix.

He was OJHL I believe not NCAA and also that was 13 years ago. They do happen sometimes but not often.

I think PA will probably be combing SHL and KHL more than NCAA.

I had mentioned this before, look for ones that are u22. Anything after has a very limited chance for defence.

Tanev played one season as a 20 year old at RIT in college. Was very good.

I see a lot of people hoping for RHD but I think Canucks like Bear (I am not a big fan), but I see it as Myers (Maybe) Hronek Bear. I think they would trust Juulsen more than a NCAA free agent.

Again my opinion is I don't think they are looking for projects and they want contracts that are ready now.

I am more concerned about the Left side because after Hughes I think that is the weaker side.

It's been a mixed bag of building, we've seen trades for prospects and Beau, picks moved for Hronek, reclamation prospects, and depth signings, they've done it all in the past month or so.

Unlike most, I think they will keep their pick and draft BP C or D - I hope they finish around 10th - trade down with a team like Nashville or Buffalo (mid to late teens) and grab a second - draft 2 defenders.

yup - I think the Brogan Raffertys of the world are the most common outcome for NCAA signings.
