I'm sure there are players who have disagreed with American politics and American actions in other countries yet have stood for the American national anthem every night. 2000 years of evolution and people are still killing each other in the name of religion. Incredible.

For me it’s all about application. Apply to what makes sense to you, but to blindy follow a person or a book is dangerous.

Religion can really suck sometimes, no need to blindly follow 100% of something. But sure, read it and practice what feels right for you.
