Sorry to everyone!...I was just expecting a brief overview of his time on the Blueshirts. Obviously there a lot of opinions regarding Kane. However for cost of acquiring him i would expect most to be pretty happy with what he brings to the game...However he does have his faults. I would expect his net positives drastically out weigh his negatives. And then there is the playoff factor! I am guessing his detractors will be singing his praises around the conference finals!

He hasn't been great but hasn't been horrible. Not the dominant player we have been used and struggling to adapt to new system and environs. But he has enabled Vesey and Goodrow to slot to the fourth line, deepening the lineup, and didn't cost much too acquire. I expect him, as others said, to hit his stride, either later this season in the post season. What he does now is a bonus. What he does come the second season will be all that matters. |
