You now the great part to for the Sabres is most of there good Forward Prospects about to hit the system all play pretty sound 200ft games. It should help Donnie integrate a system without having to go full blown teach mode.

Adams could slow play his Forwards again, maybe he just concentrates on his D. Rousek and Kulich are probably the closest. Guess will see!!

Honestly though. This team has 4 or 5 less talented but younger versions of Patrick Kane. The last thing they need is him. Wanted him here for years, now it’s just a dumb idea. They need a 30 goal scorer that plays heavy like Timo Meier for the top 6.

Unique talent. Goal scorers that play heavy are few and far between. I know the contract was an issue, but 1 top 6 forward like him would make a huge difference. Only reason I wasn’t screaming to pick that guy up was the contract situation and the fact we need defense so badly.
