Thx for pushing away some good rumors!!
Even if they don't pan out, it's something new to consider. Instead of the same old
sh!t repeated everyday around here. - sgk56
He runs and hides all the time, nothing new with him. |

No.
Do you think Vancouver should fold the tent up permanently if they made that trade? - IonSabres
The original trade idea for Pettersson was Krebs, Savoie and the Sabres 2024 1st, but Gerbe said they plan on Savoie being part of the Sabres roster next season, so I changed it. |

He's interesting, but doesn't he fall into Timo territory. QA is almost 9M after next year. It's a real intriguing idea especially if you can get Mitts signed to a team friendly deal. - Buff36
I'd classify Pettersson in the markedly better then Timo category. |

Would you trade Quinn and the 12OA for tom Wilson and an extension at 6.5 million x 6/7 years? - Boss34
No (frank)ing way. |

If available, yes he would be an excellent addition.
Tom Wilson seems like the type of guy every team would want. Like a tkachuk-....
And as you said, he got moved...

Tempting but I think Quinn is too much. Any one of Peterka, middlestadt Krebs or Kulich plus a pick I’d do though.

Well come back out when you can. Always fun hearing the goings on.
Hope you and the family are well. |

Agree, but he only has 1yr left on his Contract. Nobody wanted to trade for Timo cause of his Contract. This guy already makes more than the new Contracts for Cozens and Tage. |

You're not getting tom wilson for one of those guys/ pick IMO.
He does have the suspension history and a slight injury history.
Aside from the compensation, I think the contract would pay him past his prime.
Doesnt sound sabrery. |

No offense but gerbe's version of the goaltending makes more sense then rolling with levi and the same other 2 turds next season.
Adding a top 6 forward isnt gonna happen unless its pk88 and he's more top 9, then top 6.
No need to jump all over the kid. ☝️ |

Be intriguing to see if they go for another Top 6 forward with the way Mitts ended the year. Even if they traded a few of there decent prospects they can still build a top 12 internally. Especially in 24-25.
Skinner Tallness Tuch
Kulich Cozens Quinn

Couple of these guys may be gone this summer in trades for a Top6 and 1 or 2 Dmen (with Johnson playing the role of indecisive wussy) a 3rd pairing upgrade over Stillman would be great and keep him as your 7th, and a G as well.
KA has to grow some balls, trust his Core Leadership guys, secure a vet or 2 in those acquisitions and say Goodbye and TY to Girgs and Okie.
This was my concern when they named Okie as Captain...hanging on 1 year too long, vs letting go of Vets possibly 1 year early |

I agree, I just went internal until Adams makes a move, if he does for a top 6 forward |

True, overhauling the defense is an interesting topic though.
NHL:
Joker
LA Busch-can
Bryson
Clague
Stillman
Prospects/call ups:
Pilut
Davies
Strand
Ceccoine
AKA no one.
Elite GM'ing to have 14 forward prospects with only 3 deadweight roster spots available while having 0 reliable defensive prospects for 5 needed holes to fill.
This rebuild has been very slow and very strange.

I thought Lyubuschkin played well for 3rd Pairing at $2.75m once he recovered from foot injuries...there about Jan onwards. I'd keep him myselfie |

I don't think he "needs" his help. There's nothing wrong with wanting his help. Why wouldn't you use every resource available to improve your team?
