The Sabres will become difficult to play against once they gain confidence. They are the youngest team in the league...everyone wants to sign a brain damaged Okposo so there is a Dad in the locker room, they need a protector on the ice...for now.

It's a reactive game, the chances players tighten up will greatly reduce once they know they have that security.

This allows the youth to grow into themselves and gain a chip on their shoulder making them tough to play against.

This likely happens when a team that doesn't regularly play a physical game decides to become one in the playoffs and gets taken out of their game, often making retaliatory hits that officials just love calling penalties on.

This is my issue with a team that normally plays a soft game suddenly deciding they are going to be tough, tough, tough. They're stop playing their game that got them there.
