I was listening to the Power Play on XM radio yesterday with that moron Steve Kouluos and Marty Biron. Biron was asked about the Sabres goaltending of the future and Biron said " The Sabres will have to figure out who there goalie of the future is going to be". You can't make this stuff up folks.

So what's the answer? Not UPL now and maybe never. Not Andy unless he gets younger all of a sudden. Not Comrie simply because. That leaves Levi. If KA sits on Levi being the future he still better bring in a very solid 1B next year as an insurance policy. If he doesn't and goes with Levi as his man he should be fired now just based on the fact his balls aren't big enough.
This team should be 100% in the playoffs next year and they can't take a chance of going with a goalie who may or may not be a star. No playoffs they need to fire the coach, the GM and anyone close to them.
Who's the future goalie for this team? Could be Levi but I wouldn't bet my job on it if I were Adams. No more Bishop deals. Get a proven 1B.

Listening to Adams today on @SabresLive and it sure sounds like they believe that Casey Mittelstadt is going to be a core member of this team moving forward. The same sentiment is there whenever Granato talks about him too. I would start coming to terms with him sticking around..

They literally don’t have room for all the forward prospects.

Tuch
Thompson
Skinner
Cozens
Quinn
Mitts
Peterka
Krebs

That’s the forward “core”

8 out of 12 spots.

Greenway makes 9.

You are not having Savoie/Kulich/Ostlund as 4th liners.

Fine I guess.

Are Savoie and Kulich 2/3 of a third line?

Nothing stays the same.

Peterka could easily be jumped by Kulich/Savoie/etc
Krebs is not a core guy ATM IMO. He's played 4th line with bums the whole year.
Greenways a 4th liner
Skinner probably gone in 4 years

I just said he's not a core guy.

Core guys don't play 4th line with scrubs.

“They literally don’t have room for all the forward prospects.”

Kurrency for the defenseman they should add, or for a proven goalie for rookie Levi insurance.

This is why you never listen to him or duff. They can’t give an honest opinion.

Craig rivet said somewhere. He was on the Sabres tv show ripping on Eichel and his boss told him to stop.

So yeah … enough said

Adams got his college PTO…..just a different guy:

We have signed Quinnipiac captain and NCAA Champion Zach Metsa to a two-year contract 👏

The defenseman will join us in Rochester on a PTO for the remainder of this season.

I feel like either Krebs or Peterka could be trade bait. I continue to believe Greenway is a wasteof a roster space, but he did improve so definitely could be wrong there. Starting to suspect that Peterka might be that painful trade we need to make to get a defenseman or upgrade on Cozens wing
