Savoie will need time in Rochester. Kulich still too young. Rosen has good speed, presence to hold down 4th line with some upgrades from last year.
I’d see Kulich and Savoie getting the call ups

- lulags

Savoie can't play in Rochester. Its WHL or NHL.

Built this this morning.
9mil under. Does not add a new goalie or account for Dahlin new salary.

Skin/Tage/Tuch
Cozens/ROR (3x5m) Quinn
JJ/Mitts/Krebs
Greenway/Kilorn (2x2.5)/Rosen

Dahlin/Samuelsson
Power/Dumba (5x6m)
Lybushkin/Joker
7th,8th Stillman, Bryson

Levi
UPL

Trade Olofsson for picks

- lulags

No to ROR and no to dumba for that contract. That is ugly

Would Adams and Sabres management be considered brain dead if they decide this offseason that they are one more high impact player (to go along with other moves) away from being a real threat, and they trade Krebs, Ostlund and a 2024 or 2025 1st for Elias Pettersson?

Skinner - Tage - Tuch
Pettersson - Cozens - Quinn
Peterka - Mittelstadt - Savoie
Greenway - Jost - Rousek/Okposo

- kingcong39

No.
Do you think Vancouver should fold the tent up permanently if they made that trade?

Not even 48 hours ago it was “Adams is incompetent for not making UPL eligible for the AHL playoffs”.

But hey I’m the contrarian for the sake of arguing and I naively float through life.

Amazing

You argue for the sake of arguing, even if it means contradicting yourself in your next sentence. Im not even sure which is worse, the complete inability to formulate a logically consistent argument, and the stick with it, or the fact that you are seemingly incapable of understanding the words you’re reading.

You’re not wrong here, but trades happen all the time. Why would a team trade Timo Meier, or Matthew Tkachuk? It happens. Putting a heavy skilled guy on Cozens wing would make that top 6 seriously legit.
- SoCalPucks

Good points.

Although, if and when a player wants to be traded could play a part in their destination.

Meier - next contract
Tkucuck- destination of warmth

Boss a ?
Am I allowed to answer other posters that start a conversation about D, or is it I just can't start the Convo. Or Is everything of limits for the week.

- Buff36

Good question, I'd play it safe and stay away from suggesting or agreeing with other defensive suggestions thru Friday.

I'm going to be baiting you 👀

We have the vibes. Yea, can’t account for personal preference for sure. But Wilson might be available again and in my opinion that’s the kind of move you have to make if you can. I’m still wondering what kind of contract would be enticing enough to get him signed. That’s a question for Kingcong39.

My argument has been constant.

Goaltending and special teams costed this team a playoff spot.

Gerbe mentioning both of those being areas the Sabres are looking to overhaul via personnel and coaching is music to my ears.

This whole notion that the Sabres need more size and grit is irrelevant.

You and others state there is a deficiency, my response was you can drive offensive and defensive results without having neither size or being physical.

The objective is to score more goals than the other team, therefore, puck possession is the most important variable in the sport.

Could being physical lead to a change of possession or maintaining possession, sure.

The Sabres can improve their PK, limit their odd man rushes and high danger scoring opportunities against, and continue to push the pace without addressing the supposed lack of “size and grit”

There's a story behind that kyle asked the management to let him stay ( this was before Levi)

Appreciate the info.

Do you know, are they looking to go with Levi and a goalie not in the org yet for next season?

I believe he can after his 9 games, his contract doesn't slide anymore.

He's interesting, but doesn't he fall into Timo territory. QA is almost 9M after next year. It's a real intriguing idea especially if you can get Mitts signed to a team friendly deal.

Levi was already the starter from the moment he signed the organization knew but the goal of him driving buffalo to playoffs didn't go as planned.

But yes they're going to look ouside and Anderson is helping

We are celebrating the fact that this team should be a cup contender within the next couple of years as long as Adams isn’t completely brain dead.

The guy that (frank)ed up the boards at Harborcenter because he turned off climate control, that guy? Why would be worried about him?
