Compare ALL their prospects. How are their forward pools? Goalie? You guys want to just incessantly (it's like, give it a break, ffs. Don't you get tired of posting the same crap day in and day out?) rip on Adams (and he's made mistakes, but so has every other GM in the league), but no GM is perfect.

Why are you ranting at me, I am not female doging at all. But this should show Adams he needs to improve his Dcore also. Funny sh!t!!

Answer honestly. Do you really think the GM doesn't know that his D prospects are thin?

I mean, yeah, some people in here think he's a moron, but I'm pretty sure the guy knows.

So, NHL on TBS has an intermission show. And it says:

Puck drop time.

Very important. Because it says not the actual start times. It says PUCK DROP times.

Here, I will write a fitz version:

u don’t even realize
tbs says “start” times

pay “attention”
NHL dot “com” says
“start time”
NOT
“troll time”

pay ATTENTION troll

Sometimes. Somtimes… I. Eye. Me. I. Rent a vehicle. 45 dollars. Hertz. Tom Brady. Television commercial. Not even joking. Sit there at 1st and FIRST. Pondering my thoughts. And then I take a drive to Ashland Ave.

Real close to Forest Ave. Like. Real close.

And I stealth.

I’m talking Solid Snake.

“Hunh?”

“Whose footprints are these?”

And I just sit there. And I sit there. And I laugh. Like Heath Ledger Joker WOOO!!!

AND i just LAUGH AND i LAUGHhgh. _>> Ahahahahahh)—))) AHAHHAAHAHH

AND THEN I GHOST.

They were thin when he got here, yeah I would think he sees it, hasn't done much about it.

Since you want to start on this. If he knew that he would have made a move in November December January when his Dcore was hurting with injuries and a move could have helped. Instead they rolled out Fitzgerald Pilut Bryson Davies and so forth.

You're right. Adams, Ventura, Karmanos and Granato are all oblivious. 🤣

Don't worry, I bet they read hockeybuzz and they thank you couple dudes for the free lesson in how to run a professional hockey team and they'll rectify the issue at the draft and/or free agency.

Someone should tell Gerbe, too, so he can pass the word along on everyone's behalf.

No , actually thinking I see something that everyone has seen for years are Defense is week and has been since Adams got here. I haven't taken anything away from the forward drafting, but they haven't done nearly enough Defensively the 3 years Adams has been here. Think everyone sees that, if you don't you are F@cking Blind

I know right? You’d think a passionate fan base of almost-Canadian hockey fans would be more patient with their hometown club after their second year of setting the all time losing record. What a bunch of crybabies. Especially after only missing by one point after the GM laid the double-Corkum on them at the trade deadline

Joker never took the step he needed to. He’d be fine as a third pair D but isn’t built for the top 4.

Adams identified Samuelsson as part of his long term core with the contract he gave him, drafted Power, and Stillman-Lybushkin is a fine third pair.

That’s 67% of a d-corps changed over in a calendar year.

Would it be nice to have a couple more d-prospects ? Sure.

We can also deal from a position of strength to add a d-man.

It’s not the end of the world

No, this isn't about me. You said Adams doesn't see it. And that's plain bullsh!t.

He also has 3 incredible young pieces (two 23 year olds and a 20 year old) at D already on his roster.

Imagine working to alter your plan 67%, failing and saying the changes were ok.

While those changes resulted in a bottom 10 performance.

It was a hand in the End of this season. Yes we can hopefully go a fix it, lucky there's some Decent FA this year. And we should get a good Dman or 2 in the draft this year. Stillman came late, Lyubushkin was part of the injury concerns through January as was Samuelsson and Joker. If he had done more than 5th and 7th rnd Picks at D the last few years. Not having any D depth in the organization killed them during that time, and then not to recognize that and not try to get a D man in a trade to eat some minutes at that time even hurt more.

I'm here for the rumors from the couple "insiders".

If it makes people feel better to come in here day in and day out and whine ridiculously and incessantly about the same sh!t, have at it. But, contrary to hockeybuzz Sabres thread posters beliefs, it changes nothing.

I’d rather focus on the positives.

Thompson and Cozens are here for the next 7 years at good cap hits.

Dahlin, Power, Samuelsson all things considered should be here long term.

Skinner and Tuch are legitimate top line wingers that didn’t skip a beat at all without Tage between them (here for another 3 years at least).

Quinn had a Calder ballot rookie season from an underlyings stand point (Adams pick).

Peterka looks like a guy we can pencil into our middle 6 for a long time (Adams pick).

Devon Levi may be the next heir of the throne (Adams trade acquisition).

I personally think Krebs is in line for a breakout season next year but I know I’m one of few in that boat (if history is on my side fading Hockeybuzz generally has a 90% hit rate)

Savoie, Kulich, Ostlund all look the part in their respective leagues.

This team is really set up well for the rest of this decade. How many other organizations can say the same ?
