Well, let's face it, it doesn't matter WHEN they lose now. But they look gassed. - keaner17
Agreed. They are losing most of the races to loose pucks now. |

They're not even getting legitimate scoring chances this period |

Oh great, OT. Like my PB wasn't high enough. Let's hope they come out with the same energy they had in the 1st. |

I think he's about 60%, he gets in the zone button hooks and tries a pass. His knee can't be right |

Their offense was their defense through two periods. Then they decided to collapse in and play inside their own zone. They deserve their fate |

Wow that was a pretty terrible period. I felt really good going into the 3rd and we sucked. I don’t feel good at all going into OT so maybe we win? |

Still think a timeout 5 minutes in was the right call. Canes have another game so they poured it on full pressure and isles played not to lose |

Islanders played with fire that entire period. Still think the Islanders find a way in OT.

Yep, which tells me Lane was okay with their approach |

He certainly doesn't look 100%. If the trainers thought he could play without making it worse it was the right call. |

I love elimination hockey when the Isles aren't involved! |

If its a grade three MCL, I've had a similar injury. It's sore with certain pressure and very weak. They say 6-8 weeks but I honestly wasn't 100% until about a year later |

The more I watch the Canes goal, that's 100% on Palms. |

Isles looking better in OT. I guess they got energized, having rested during the 3rd period. |

Icing it 600x to try and win 1-0 wasn't the best strategy in the third... |

They 100% got what they deserved.
Their so-called leaders were no shows for this series |
