Why bother talking with someone who is essentially Nick Naylor from Thank You For Smoking? - kingcong39
It’s better (slightly) than talking about Girgensons |

Literally everything leading up to and after the power play?
Again it’s just really lazy analysis. Especially trying to say last nights game was a result of special teams. It was a result of special players - sbroads24
Anything that can’t be quantified and written down on a stat sheet to be broken down is irrelevant and can have no possible influence on the outcome of a game. |

The Leafs powerplay is scary good.
Panthers need to keep things 5v5 as much as possible.
We’ll see if FL actually gets a few chances to see what theirs can do. |

25% more likely to move down than up!
Think everyone knows the odds of moving at all are low. Would be nice though.... - Lunaion

From the Panthers blogger:
>>> This time of year requires guys/teams to be on the giving and receiving end of physicality and the Panthers have (surprisingly) been willing to do this — with great results to boot.
This new style of play is a shock to the Florida fans’ system, who have become accustomed to a more “soft” approach from past teams. But it’s the best shock this organization has had in many years and we hope to see it continue! |

Hits thrown in the regular season:
Carolina (30th), New Jersey (29th), Florida (24th), Toronto (23rd).
Dallas who I think is the comfortable favourite in their playoff series ranked 26th in the regular season.
The league is getting younger and younger every year and scoring is going back to levels not seen since the 90’s.
The Sabres went 9-2-1 down the freaking stretch.
Franking every team picks up the physicality in the playoffs.
Fix the damn PK and add some more talent and be done with it. |

Well and see how this team adapts to playoff Hockey and adjust as needed. Could have been a huge learning experience for the Sabres as a whole Organization even if they got smoked in the 1st round this year. |

If the leafs get swept, does it take away from their 1st round curse?
Bitter sweet, you won 4 instead of the regular 2 or 3.... |

How about the zone entry and the bank pass off the boards by Sam before he got the pass back?
What a beauty! |
