Kinda the last person you need to say anything on Kulich!! Been saying for awhile he deserves a shot. Just slowed down on him because I started to agree with some of the board.

he'll get his shot, of course. May not be right away but it'll definitely be in-season.

They had all the opportunity in the world to call up Kulich as one of their 4 call ups, bench Olofsson for eternity and let him play until the end of the season.

They chose not to. Not even a single game.

Now these playoffs, they may notice some defensive changes in his game that allows him to get a long look deep into camp.

But their common play is call up the year prior and battle next camp.

No. Rousek was both a regular and emergency.

There's absolutely no reason this team could not get Kulich to come up instead during one of those stints. Or play in place of Peterka for a few games.

Rousek played 1 real game. Quinn 1 and JJ 2.

I think the consistency is that they wanted the kids to stay in Roch for their playoff push and didn't use late-season recalls on any of them. Not including Rousek with the other 3 for obvious reasons.

Would make the Sabres choice easier.

This is a great question, as of now I would use these 4 forwards on PK:

Tuch
Tage
Jost
Krebs

And I would be looking to replace Tage and Krebs from that lineup this summer.

Cozens had 152 dzone starts. Less than .5 per game under Z. Easy to see that ticking up again.

He probably will improve over time but Cozens has been bad defensively. His reputation as a 2 way C hasn't really come to fruition in impacts. He actually was pretty sloppy in the D zone this year

Are you implying that Girgs and Okie can actually skate against other teams top lines? Look I have enjoyed Okie being here but we don't have any room on this team for a slow forward way past his prime. I let Girgs, Okie go if I can sign Tyler bertuzzi to say 4 years @6.5 large and Jost for 4 years 3.25 Large.

Then I would play a line of Bertuzzi, Jost and Greenway as my shut down line. They would play a heavy game and can potentially score you 50 goals combined.

Rousek seems like a lock. 13th forward. I'm pretty sure okposo comes back and plays another season.
