See this is the problem I have with constantly talking about the Power play

Just because a team is say a 30% power play, doesn’t mean they are going to score literally 3 of every 10 power plays they have

They’re going to go 1/7 during a stretch, then they will go 3/4 the next game. Then 0/2 the next, then 2/3 the next so on and so forth.

It becomes a really disingenuous conversation

So it goes both ways, one game your PP may be on fire and your PK sucks or Vice Versa. Sometimes neither are working but your 5vs5 game is rolling or your goalie is on 🔥 and keeping you in the game until something happens. Sometimes skill wins a game for you and sometimes Heart and grit do. Hockey is about Adapting and sometimes doing things not in you Character!!
