Are you guys actually talking about Hockey here. About Hockey players and trades and who you might like. Just stop!! It's all pretend. This stuff shouldn't be talked about on a Hockey Blog.Just stop Pretending please.

Would be one of dumbest moves in Sabres history. There is zero reason to buy him out
- Fattony1187

It wouldn't come close to making the list.

Can't bring him back next season. If there's no market, that's a good reason.

That's been the nightmare since last summer. Everything they did said this was going to be a transition year too.

The approach is ok to a degree, but there are some players, like Olofsson and Jokiharju, that it's already known what they are.

No point waiting even longer on those players.

Other problem is that it applied all the way down to guys like Bryson. Just like VO, he stayed in the lineup way too long and cost them points. Fitz and Asplund were kept around until they had 0 value and they had to give them away.

Patients pays off sometimes, but not every time.

He sucks. Keep him in roch

Seriously he is not an NHL level player. This needs to stop.

Just like gudas and grit

If Brett murray is on this roster with the offensive team we have. That means half our roster got shipped to Siberia and can’t play

Patients is one thing, but having the same problems (Goaltending, Defense) since you became GM is not Patients. Cost us the playoffs

Think we need a contest to see who can get there nose farther up Adams A$$ on this board. There's a couple on here with permanent brown spots.
- Buff36

You cant light a fire under kyvynv Adam's butt, proposing crazy trades.

Gudas isnt coming to buffalo
Trouba isnt either

Debricat flopped
Chyrun got injured
Meier flopped.

Take some heat for your bad judgement instead of pretending something was gonna be different here.

Your trade proposals are entertaining, by all means don't take my post the wrong way. 🤝

They just dont seem practical, then you attack the gm for not making the trade.

Yes cause Timo might not have done anything here, and Chychrun might not have gotten slew footed and got injured here!! Sound like Boss
- Buff36

Exactly. The only reason I wasn’t on the Timo train was I felt they had other more pressing needs. KA tried hard to get chicken-man, but came up short for whatever reason. Takes like the ones you are describing are absurd of course. Timo would have rounded out the top 6 nicely. There seems to be an unwillingness among just a few people here to understand that even KA understood this team needed help, and acted on that perceived deficiency. The issue is he brought in Greenway and Stillman type of “grit” instead of anything that could be construed as a difference maker.

I didn't propose the trades, they were from the fans of those teams. I just brought it over for discussion and as usual you blow it out of proportion that someone is attacking your Butt Buddy.
Bad judgement, only thing that flopped is Girgensons trying to stay on his feet. Just like you like to say Who knows how those players play if they came here instead of were they went. Maybe Cat explodes, maybe Chychrun doesn't take that slew foot and get injured. And I would still take Timo. All you do is attack when people don't take your word as gospel around here, especially about Adams. You came after something I didn't even do other than discuss a few trades from fans of other teams. You are No fun Boss, it's the same sh!t over and over with you. Go Write your Blog!! Maybe we can PRETEND it's worth discussing hockey on it.

So just wanted to put it out if anyone is coming into town or lives in town and is going to the October 15th Sunday night against the Giants I am gonna have my Big Party that day at my Moms property and all is welcome. Just shoot me a PM to tell me. I can park about 15 cars on the lot, so if I have room free parking to. It's like a 10min walk from her house to the Stadium right of Sheldon Road. Be a blast, just bring goodies, everything else is taken care off, well except tickets.

Florida's probably over the moon with Tkachuk and Reinfart. Eichel's doing well in Vegas. ROR's doing well in Toronto. Orlov was great in Boston.

I have no idea what EH projects for Meier's next co tract, assuming it is around $8.5m to 9.5m depending on term...but I would still be inclined to go after him in FA if I was GM.

He checks all the boxes to round out the Sabres top 6, has 995% of what they need as was discussed in-depth 2 months ago.

I'm not fan of FA for high-end players in the vast majority of cases, I still think he is a difference maker. His time in NJ to date has not gone well, that happens at times to players traded at the deadline who have been in one place for their careers, they have a hard time assimilating in short order.
