they told me it was not a problem if my ex big boss was best friend with my superior, she would have been impartial.

They also dont get why I gave my 2 weeks notice if I was being harassed at my job. That will teach me to try to do the right thing.

not saying you weren't "harassed", but maybe it isn't the right word to describe what happened... the way you were talking about it, your boss wanted you to work exactly like he wanted, without any leverage for you to do something different, but that is not necessarily harassment, even if he was being an ass about it the whole time.

but how would politicians "earn" their job if it isn't through voting..?

What about the Labor Board, you can file a grievance with them, no?

I just need a way to earn $$ as soon as possible and this is not the way anymore. I never had a chance to begin with cause I can't prove it and Services Canada is just doing everything they can not to give money away.

Maybe not called that over there, but every province (I believe) has governing body that ensures labor standards are met by employers.
