I don’t care what anyone says….he has ALL of the tools to succeed. Let him develop because his work ethic is unmatched.
Size is no issue if insulated or placed effectively in a pairing that maximizes his offensive ability (without stagnating it) while learning the pro game.
He’s a midget magician on ice like Pat is the same on HB my friend!! 🤣😂 |

You can't have too many small players, but a guy with that kind of speed, skill, and smarts on the ice? Anytime. |

yeah, the clip above is to take with a grain of salt though. he had fresh legs, just jumped on the ice seconds before his brakeaway. the other 9 players were at the end of their regular shift. if I'm not mistaken |

Couldn’t agree more. His hockey IQ more than compensates for his size! He’s ridiculous.
I can’t help but think he will keep surprising and surviving at every level. He will have the mental ability (and hopefully physical ability) to adjust regardless.
The kid is an absolute stud. |

How is one diminutive, yet ultra-cerebral, not a step towards the right direction for building a winner??
Asking for a friend 😊😜😉 |

you can have your own expectations, but I think it's ok for people to get excited about prospects as well lol |

Yeah, the guy chasing him looked like he was out of gas. Still, I've seen enough of Lane Hutson playing at Boston University to get a good idea. I don't remember the last time the Habs had a guy so deceptive when carrying the puck, especially a defenseman. He'll make the defender go the other way with just a shift of the head |

He practices things like that on the daily!!
There’s a great interview out there with him and his dad and talking about all of the practice and certain skills he would practise endlessly, and just do everything to become better regardless of his size. He’s incredibly intelligent and such a cerebral player.
Not sure his strides cut like Sekac…..but we will take what we can get at this point…… |

I like him too Pat. some were hoping Habs pick him at the end of the 1st round instead of Mesar.
