Definitely seems like a (frank)ed up scenario, especially given the support the players were getting from Hockey Canada in the aftermath. Hopefully, HC can come up with a functional 'no rape' policy at some point.

Cole and Soucy aren't going to move the needle much, they basically are replacements for Bear and OEL and I think it's going to end up a wash although it might be addition via subtraction on OEL's part.
