That didn't phase me at all. They didn't look this tired and disorganized at any part of last nights game even though they had a tough start. This game is heading in the opposite direction as the game plays on... other way round last night.

Feels like a scripted loss, unless DeSmith decides to have another stellar game. Canucks barely played well enough to win last night, got gifted a lot of PP time.

That said, Calgary sucks, so who knows. Maybe Petey has a 5 point night, he has yet to play his best this season.

Okay back to earth 😆, no legs in this one they made hubby look like bure 😆. Hughes and juulson as a pairing?, I wouldn’t touch hronik and Hughes pairing and try to survive with the depth. The dynamic trio weren’t so dynamic tonight that happens let’s see how they respond on sat.

Juulsen played decent last night, Hughes and Hronek were terrible, especially when paired together. If you sit players because of a bad game, then the Canucks will be sitting the leagues top 3 points producers, the leagues leading goal scorer as well as, Hronek, Mikheyev and Garland.
They had a bad game, no big deal, blaming a depth defenseman like Juulsen is idiotic.

The team is clearly better and doing better but what makes this team get to be actual cup contenders?

VGK last year picked up Barbashev and Blueger and Quick.

COL picked up Cogliano, Lekhonen, Sturm, Manson

TB picked up Savard year before picked up Goodrow, Coleman

So obviously going to need some pieces. But what and who do you think?
