This is how I view it also, yes to be a true playoff contender a few moves are required but knee jerk comments of moving Pettersson are quite comical, but it is only a few posters with a huge bias against Pettersson.

He will get paid, he will be complained about, he will continue to be in the 100+ point range, he will still be a Canuck, and he will be on a winning team.

I am trying to stay out of the debate because usually after months of going back and forth about most big signings the Canucks have had in the last couple of years it usually ends up " Well that is better than what I expected".

They will figure it out and know what is best for the team.

As nice as it is to have the great start agreed they are a few pieces away from really competing. It's enjoyable Hockey however and Tochet appears to be holding them to account...for now. I'm sure Allvin and Rutherford will look at options if they are in a PO spot still in a few months.

Good stuff. Have dozens of 'tribute' albums at home on CD and LP and many are so well done. In some cases better than the actual artists but it's rare. The Alice Cooper 'Welcome to the Nightmare' Tribute is outstanding all through. Some great artists on there.
