Hunter B hit the 40 point mark, victor Alrikson used his long reach and stride to make a play Iāve never seen in junior, a one handed pass while protecting the puck that looked like he could reach from one end of the ice to the other š he can throw em as well. |

That 1/2 hour flight can be extremely taxing. - Marwood
You discussing things that require physical ability is taxing. Youāre out of your element. |

I find it quite comical that we are canuck fans that can have a opinion on whom would be a good fit, whom we like and also who we don't like. It is a personal opinion with absolutely no bearing on what happens in real life I find it surprising that K-man can get so butthurt that I don't like Zadarov, or you don't want Tanev. |

I rather neither in a trade. Stay the course & wait til UFA season. Only trade if for a long term RHD. Seeing plenty of growth already & a team identity is emerging. Keep drafting & developing the prospects. |

3rd line has been our best & most consistent of late so kept together.
Joshua Bleuger Garland
Lafferty has given Peteyās line a decent bump so run it again.
Miky Petey Lafferty
Hog rewarded & give Millerās line a new energy 3rd wheel.
Hog Miller Boeser
Leaves the bottom 3. Give Beau a seat & Kuz a low profile reset.
Bains Aman Kuz. - Nighthawk
What about PDG poor guy goes from top line to forgotten. If youāre keeping Aman and calling up Bains someone has to be waived and probably claimed. |

Iād be shocked if they donāt trade for a dman for a playoff push that they can re-sign before UFA opens. |

To date, 7,606 skaters have played in the NHL.
20 scored 600 goals (0.26%)
47 scored 500 goals (0.6%)
108 scored 400 goals (1.4%)
222 scored 300 goals (2.9%)
533 scored 200 goals (7%)
1,217 scored 100 goals (16%)
1,998 scored 50 goals (26.2)
Scoring goals is hard...
--------------------------------------------------------
Read that on X this morning, hard to believe that only 108 players in NHL history have scored 400 career goals, 47 players in NHL history has scored 500 or more career goals, only 20 in NHL history have scored 600 career goals. That's crazy. |

Only eight players in the Canucks 52 year history have 200 or more career goals as a Canuck player. I don't know where that stands when compared to other teams, but it seems low....no?
Daniel Sedin
Markus NƤslund
Trevor Linden
Stan Smyl
Pavel Bure
Tony Tanti
Henrik Sedin
Bo Horvat
Edit: just a matter of time Miller, Boeser and Pettersson will also join that club, so maybe not so bad???
Edit edit: by the end of this season Elias Pettersson will probably be top 10 in Canucks career scoring list. |

Per your above stats: 533 scored 200 goals (7%)
Apparently according to Wiki, there have been 621 all-time members of the Canucks through the end of the 2019ā20 NHL season.
7% of 621 is... 43. I think 8 is a little underwhelming, but to be fair those 8 players got to 200 ONLY with the Canucks. I'm sure that number bumps up with players who played for the Canucks at some point who also have scored 200
Edit: just click on some names on Wiki supports that... Martin Gelinas, Neely, Kesler, Bert, hell even JTM has 200 career goals |

I'm doing that now, slow day for me and it's cold outside. It's actually pretty normal. Which surprises me. Of the teams that came into the league around when Vancouver did.
Buffalo - 12
Philadelphia - 15
Los Angeles - 9
Pittsburgh - 8
Minny/Dallas - 9
St. Louis - 8

Thanks for the info. Using the point that NYN makes, Miller already has 214 goals, obviously not all with the Canucks
Edit, Ivan Boldirev already had 200 goals before becoming a Canuck, but did play for the team. |

Original six teams with 200 or more goal scorers for their franchise. No wonder Montreal has 24 Stanley Cups!!
Detroit - 15
Boston - 20
NYR - 13
Toronto - 14
Chicago - 20
Montreal - 25 |

Yes, I was just doing franchise specific for curiosity sake. We never get a blog so I thought something to talk about. I'm always in bed early and up early, so I need something to do when it's cold outside. |

Larry Robinson was +692 for his career with Montreal (+722 for his total career), Guy Lafleur was +470, that's crazy for their era. |

That would require dealing with people on a face-to-face basis, I'm not a real fan of people, as a general statement, so that wouldn't work for me. My wife volunteers at the animal shelter, so at least one of us has a heart. |

From EK's main page blog.....
"Who is getting desperate?"
Edmonton:
The Oilers have 15 points in 20 games. Over the last decade at least, no team having 15 points or below at the 20 game mark has made the playoffs. Not making the playoffs would be devastating in Edmonton. |

Well just enough to just miss in the mushy middle would be best for them.
As for Canucks to avoid that fall they need to have a great homestand now. Not sure when they can pull off a trade. Deadline too late? |
