Bichsel will be assigned from AHL Texas to the Swedish Hockey League's Rogle on Monday. He'll return to Texas once Rogle's season is finished.

Ruby, your boy is heading back to Sweden from the AHL. Will be good for him to play in a good men's league for a while.

They technically are but aren't, as Washington and NYI are ahead in win percentage just not in points due to less games played. Plus NJ is ahead also in win percentage, when I looked again.

Bad goaltending bottom 5 in the league. Edit: TG is a coach there.

They aren't "ahead" other than regulation wins, they are tied at 25 points apiece after 20 games.

Would much rather them sign Bear than trade for Zadorov or Tanev with that money. Though ideally they poach another younger RHD from somewhere else...

Pesce fits age range but if we could get him it’ll be pricey. The type of move going for it. Is it time I say yes. Otherwise it’s high RHD prospects but that isn’t cheap either & have to wait a year or longer til ready. Hronek is a great start Willander probably 2 years away. Still need more RHD depth. Brzust looking good but he either goes super nova fast or it’s 2 probably 3-4 years away.

Hog is knocking on the door & if keeps it up he could move up the line up need more from the farm to keep pushing. Pod set back but shouldn’t be too long before he gets his chance. Raty starting to show good signs but has to keep improving. I’m liking Bains to be a versatile role player.

Imo reclamation project & cheaper ask. Change of scenery & Hawks needed to replace Hall & Perry. A 5th & gain cap is ok with me.

Probably more because Beauvillier's contract is done at the completion of this year, Garland has two more years left at 5 million per. Short term flexibility?

NJ just got back top 6 C’s in Hughes & Hischier & goalies are sucking & the loss of Severson. Add it up & still a good young fast team but goals against & inconsistency.

Tocchet had some praise for Juulsen in his post game yesterday. That's pretty worrisome. Granted Juulsen wasn't bad last night, but I can 't say I've seen a game where he has been good.

I do agree that they need another top 4. Cole - Friedman has put up some decent numbers surprisingly. 7 GF 3 GA in 104.6 minutes. I doubt it's sustainable and it's more 3rd pairing numbers but they still have better numbers then Soucy-Myers in pretty well every category.

If they trade for Tanev do they split up Hughes and Hronek. Defence by committee then in the top 4. Cole - Tanev I don't think is ideal.

Still wonder if buying real low on someone like Adam Boqvist who is younger and a better puck mover might be better paired with Cole. He just doesn't improve physical side or penalty kill. Maybe Foote and Gonchar can turn his defensive game around like they have done with Hughes. Reading in an article that Boqvist has a similar profile to what Brandon Montour had in Buffalo before being traded to Florida. That has worked out hella good for Florida.

Trevor Van Riemsdyck out of Washington if they wanted to swap some defence for scoring. Profile isn't too far off of Cernak but more 3rd pairing than 2nd pairing guy.
