I'm with ya Northy. One player has also publicly asked for a trade. The other took his trip to the press box seriously and hasn't moped around it. I'll take the one that wants to be here, has a higher ceiling and better attitude. The problem is, for the reasons above, Kuzmenko is more moveable than Garland.

Yeah, the Garland trade talk only quieted down because the team had a hot start. If they come out losing it's a completely different story.

Kuzmenko is talented and committed, he has things he needs to work on, but clearly he's willing to put in the time and effort. Easy to forget we're talking about a 6th year NHLer vs. A 2nd year guy.

To the bolded, again, he asked every GM in the league through his agent. That's reality. Not spinning. It's also a public request because every GM in the league knows about it. You're over complicating it because you know you're wrong.
