So as to be fair…

Miller has been a lil off of late but still shows spark in his game. He could use more support from the 2nd line if or when they show up. Gotta be impressed with the 3rd line game in & game out. If not for them we’d really be crying the blues of late.

When our so called superstar can’t drive play ALL game then get him someone who can. Too slow hanging onto to the puck & getting angled in the boards & thinking he can stick handle out of it ALL of the time is getting tedious. Looses the puck on zone entries down the middle. Either distribute the puck faster or give him Lafferty to enter the zone. Something has to change fast. He slows down the game way too much & showing he can be controlled easily. No speed or power moves & it’s apparent to everyone. His line hasn’t generated any momentum in a long time.

Other day he said he was circling the wagon, pretty sure he's at the point where if he posts enough about it, he will think he has followers.

After taking a closer look there’s a huge difference from this team to years past. We are talking about how they’ve disappointed in their last 10 games, yet they’ve been .500.

The new level of expectation is much higher now and playing poorly means .500. In several of the past few seasons we would’ve welcomed.500 hockey with open arms. The top two lines have stagnated and could use a shakeup. I’d like to see Lafferty with Petey not just for a few shifts or one game with him and Mikhayev it would force Petey to play faster. I liked the small sample size of Kuzie with Miller and Boeser and would like to see a run of games with them together. Zadorov will help for sure as we need a player who will cause opposition players to think twice about laying into our top players as he will do the same to theirs and he’s shown he likes to do it

Now that the Pouty rant is done, I expect we hear how Pesce is the answer and then some prospect who has already been drafted, will miraculously fall to wherever the Canucks pick.

Followed by several ramblings that are hard to read and make little sense.

Can tell you that offers from other teams that included a third round pick for Zadorov included significant salary retention on the defenceman’s $3.75 million contract.
The deal Conroy brokered for a 3rd and 5th has the Flames retaining none of his salary.
That’s key to the deal, as it also allows the Flames to recall a player like Coronato who they couldn’t recall earlier because they were so tight cap-wise.

Somebody come to his defence & refute what I’m saying.

Then state what his next contract should be.

I’m calling it as I see it is all.

This is your obsession, the rest don't feel a need to overreact to what's going on with Pettersson.

Surprising really, he’s not feeling it. He’s trying physically but he falls down a lot.

Maybe if they want Hronek to add some break outs from 2nd pairing.
