Yep what I seen of Reichel - granted just the 2nd period -- looks more switched on. I mean if it worked for Kurashev (and it sorta did), there's no reason it cannot work for 27 in a more extended look.

Well hopefully.... bouncing around the line up didn't do him any favours so far.

1/2 way thru this tilt it might be the most connected, sneak preview of things to come from game the kids have shown yet.

Lotta skill, playin at pace, being dangerous, movin without the puck.

Funny how confidence works. Reichel seems to play better each shift.

This is fun. Rado happy to play up and down hockey makes for a fine contest. .... Wish Lucas Rifle would get is shot off quicker but he has a nice snap to it.

Puck is definitely finding him, move him up to the first unit on the power play.

Notice he's getting to the opponent when he has the puck and making plays/engaging on it instead of just swingin his stick around?.. Confidence happens in all 3 zones. Watching them dangerous players a zone or two away from the net is always interesting.

Enjoying this speed/skill display......

Lou, puck has been following Lucas Rifle for the last 3-4 games IMO he's just shown no assertiveness. Tonight he has.

Yep. And you could see it a few games ago. Kid looks much more poised and unhurried. That steal to start the sequence to score a goal is no small thing and again shows he's getting compfy ...... Damn fun to watch.

The intermission report on the Rado feed they're diggin Bedard, comparing him glowingly to McKinnon!

That's why you let Bedard keep trying to go 1 against 4, he almost walked one to the front of the net. He's actually getting better at it.

Phillips out to start the 3rd PP and makes a huge block sliding to the ice to save a goal. Very nice.

Like Crevier and his foundation but he needs to put his skates away and hit the squat rack all summer long.

Skating into a 1 on 4 is never a good option unless you skate like, and have the hands of, McDavid........ You notice Bedard dump in nicely twice on the PP? .... Those fancy guys make the Dman turn to make a play they don't want to they get very dangerous...

Game is slowing down for Bedard, period. The shorter shifts help to, I promise you that...... And having Lucas Rifle getting his nose over the puck helps too.

He started slowly but has been better each game. Another guy who’s getting more confident every game. I’d love to see him show the mean streak he showed in junior.

With his skill, speed, motor and polish Beauvillier is their best forechecker. ... He looks comfortable as a Hawk tonight making plays in all 3 zones.

Blackwell ain't the most talented but he's not a bum. Good motor, solid IQ.

I don’t always get the Blackhawk feed. This play by play guy can only be described as banal. Him and Pang seem to feel every second must be filled by their boring banter.

You did see the hit at about between the dots where Phillips knocked Rantanan down?...... And with the size and skill of L1 of Rantanen, McKinnon and Nichushkin that is as scary a line as there is in the Bigs.

And the rookie Dmen are living to tell about it, thru 2.... Was watching NYR v TOR and can't help but hope/think Phillips has some of Miller in him. Rangy, strong, big can skate.

Zaitsev: what a play(er)?!
Reichel: the board is and will be crowing!
Roos: who? Still who? Yeah less emphasis on who?
