Yes, it is quite apparent that the team needs someone to light a fire under their ass. All the coaches have done what they can do and need to move back down to the minor leagues where they belong. Pegula needs to take care of this crap instead of paying pennies for these minor league coaches. Get someone with playoff experience and who is a hard ass. All this inexperience is just going nowhere fast and the players know it. I will never forget the day that Pegula bought this team and said he will make it to the Stanley Cup. What a joke, they have never even made it to the playoffs! The longest rebuild in the history of mankind.

I totally agree with your view of hockey today. Not a Buffalo fan but read your post the players of today are overrated overpaid pansies that couldn’t last a couple of games during the 90s You are right the games were much more entertaining when there was a big goal a big save a big hit and a big fight. Nowadays you are lucky if there is a small fight and maybe a hit during the games. Most games are like a Men’s league games with no contact. Gary Buttface has ruined hockey and made it woke which most hockey fans did not want. And the players of today love getting paid millions without the fear of getting hit or fighting and there union will never allow hockey to get physical again. They should never have taken out fighting or open ice body checks like Scott Steven’s use to throw. This is why you get paid millions of dollars if you are afraid to get concussions don’t play in the nhl go get a regular job and make 80000 dollars a year. Example would be like taking head shots out of boxing or mma These sports are also dangerous but the elites of these sports make enormous amounts of money for taking these risks.

Pretty much, but I don't think those guys let this Daddy Day Care persist in that Lockeroom. Obviously they are not listening to Okposo or who ever is supposed to Lead them, voice isn't strong enough. Why listen to someone after a certain point when all they have done is Lose. They need a huge shift in Culture. If that means bringing in 2 or 3 guys with Winning pedigree than so be it. They have the Assets to do it. Time for Adams to take his Diapers off and build a NHL Roster.
Adams must be a Hell of a Fluffer to still be here. If Pegula won't fire him then make Him President of Operations on the Business Side and promote Ventura or Karmanos and let them go to Work. Give a Budget and let them run the Hockey Department. And tell your Coach you didn't bring in that Analytics Department for him to not use it. Change your Culture again, time for Okposo and Girgensons to say goodbye and bring in some Winning pedigree that can still help you Win and teach the Youngins what it takes to Win. Time to go out and find Success and stop Hoping in falls in out Laps.

This is what pisses me off too. The guys were hungry last year. They are playing with the same enthusiasm as the GM’s approach to improving the team. It’s almost like they knew this is not a winning roster so let’s coast through this year.

You're not alone... until they make changes I'm 100% done, I canceled my streaming service so I can't watch it.. (I'v been listening to the sabres on the radio since they started. I'm DONE, (frank)ing DONE. I get mad almost every freaking game, it's just not worth it. My approach is if management doesn't f-word care they suck, then I don't either... time for some tuff love... Until they actually show they are trying to make the payoffs I'm out. this mean no more 5 cent coaches, go out and get a good coach and good assistants and bring in something other than bargain bin FA's. they got exactly what they deserved this year they either fix this (frank)ing mess or sell the GD team to someone that gives a crap.
There were a few on here who took a beating on here by some this offseason. Amazing that a lot of what was talked about has happened. Got called out lot for are opinions and unfortunately a lot has come true. Haven't seen to many of the Lollipop Lickers on here lately, even they have to have seen the signal by know.
