Over paid an unproven core, choose not to improve the goalie position to allow his plan of relying on a 21 year old rookie goalie to come together, which has never been done before.

Publicly he continues to destroy himself and the team of any leverage for any situation.

The plan is to literally get younger next season by infusing more rookies to replace the failed support players currently on the team. Adams is going to put the rookies in roles they have never played and expects them to not only accept but embrace those roles.

The entire team has to learn new roles and round out their 200' game, find consistency, all while expecting to increase their output season over season due to the linear progression assumed by management. 2023 exposed how bad Adams plan is, in 2024 we are going to witness it fail in historic fashion.

Canada needs better roster management. The talent is there, but the rosters assembled are not the right fit for European rules and style. Canada will not win gold. Maybe not even Bronze
