The only way things change is for Pegula to sell. That will infuse some new life into the organization with hopefully some needed changes. Without that, it's the same old same old. To me it looks like nothing will change.

hasn't change since he has owned the team not going to change now... the whole we are here to win championships was a line of bunch of bullpoop. it all about the bottom line and (frank) the fans and the hockey team.

Absolutely not. Appert would still be in Rochester because Peca has the skills to coach a NHL team. I wouldn’t trust the current assistants to mow my lawn

Would it even matter if it was one of the assistants? Nothing would've altered the on ice product.

I don't think the assistant coaches are any good, to me bringing Appert up was Adams way of punishing them while also letting them know they are safe from being fired. It's just more evidence of complete organizational failure.
