Just really unfortunate with this string of injuries. Gonna be tough to get much going.

At the end of the day, this season was gonna end up with a bottom 5 finish anyway, we'll just see more guys get minutes than we expected.

I dunno I thought that this game was actually as Pang said, a team builder.

I thought that between the way the referees let things evolve, where big checks returned to the game I love for the night really helped shape the young members of the team.

Spent the week at Disney, couldn't check the board so excuse me if something like this has already been posted.

The injury situation is absolutely nuts. After tonight, already a weak team, the Hawks have 7 of their top 9 forwards injured in Hall, Bedard, AA, Raddyish, Johnson, Beaullivier and Foligno and are missing their top defenseman in Jones (you could add Perry to that list too). I don't think an NHL team has ever suffered such a depletion caused by injuries. As a result, this is probably the worst line-up we've ever iced, even worse than the post-TDL team of last year.

We should easily have a top 3 pick this summer. To keep things interesting though with some more goals, and which wouldn't affect the standings, why not sign a Kessel, trade for Vinnie, etc.? The current bunch isn't going to score many.

Am thinking now - there was a guy - I think in the Rangers game ... and I think it was Foligno... granted I got no clue what type of pads he wears (shoulders I mean) - but he hit the ice like flush on to his ribs ... that's the sort of fall that breaks ribs, because he wasn't able to brace for the impact at all.

That fight -unless he screwed up his hand, didn't seem like it did anything to him.
